Adaptasi Ethical Toolkit dari KNMG-Belanda ke Indonesia (Indo-KETIK)

Abstract

Ethical decision-making is an integral part of healthcare practice. Healthcare professionals are frequently confronted with ethical dilemmas in the course of clinical care. Ethical toolkits that are handy to use can be essential to support ethical decision-making, One that we found beneficial is the use of the Ethical Toolkit developed by KNMG. This article aims to adapt the KNMG Ethical Toolkit as an approach to ethical decision-making in healthcare practice in Indonesia. KNMG Ethical Toolkit provides stages for addressing ethical dilemmas, including exploring the dilemma, formulating the moral question, analyzing stakeholders and existing arguments, weighing arguments, making decisions, and evaluating the decision-making process. In this article we adapt this toolkit into Bahasa Indonesia, and explain the details for each steps based on relevant literatures.
